Here for you, so you can be there for your loved one.

When your loved one is facing a life-limiting illness, you face it too. But together, we can navigate this journey. The L’Chaim Care Team, provided by Catholic Hospice, was established to meet the unique needs of our Jewish community. Since 2003, the L’Chaim Care Team has provided compassionate support to patients and their families, ensuring that their chosen expressions of Judaism are honored and respected, guided by their traditions and spiritual needs.

Services

The L’Chaim Care Team is well-versed in Jewish laws and traditions, prepared to serve the Jewish community with respect and understanding across the full spectrum of Jewish culture and religious practices. Whether in the comfort of your home or at one of Catholic Hospice’s inpatient care centers (ICC), the L’Chaim Care Team will honor and respect your traditions and cultural practices every step of the way.

Eligibility

Services provided by The L’Chaim Care Team are included under Catholic Hospice, covered by most insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid.
